Help Fill BIN Bins for Survivors Escaping Domestic Violence

Control Alt Delete is incredibly grateful to the City of Scottsdale Victim Services Division for hosting a Domestic Violence Awareness Hygiene Donation Drive throughout the month of October in support of Survivors escaping domestic violence.

Throughout October, the Scottsdale community is invited to donate new and unused hygiene and household essentials that will help fill BIN Bins — Basic Immediate Need Bins provided by Control Alt Delete.

These essential items can make an immediate difference for a Survivor who is escaping an abusive situation and may leave with little or nothing.

Items Needed

Community members are encouraged to donate new and unused:

• Shampoo
• Conditioner
• Body wash
• Toothpaste
• Toothbrushes
• Dental floss
• Mouthwash
• Lotion
• Lip balm
• Baby wipes
• Deodorant
• Tissues
• Toilet paper
• Tampons and pads
• Shaving razors
• Hand sanitizer
• Dish soap
• Paper towels
• Hair ties
• Hairbrushes
• Diapers

Every Donation Helps a Survivor Escape

When someone is escaping domestic violence, basic necessities can become unexpected barriers. A BIN Bin provides immediate essentials to help meet those basic needs as a Survivor moves toward safety.
