As we step into 2025, we take a moment to reflect on the incredible achievements of 2024. Thanks to the unwavering support of our donors, volunteers, and partner agencies, Control Alt Delete has once again demonstrated the power of community in creating a Society of Survivors.

A Year of Life-Saving Escapes

In 2024, Control Alt Delete facilitated 16,289 escapes from domestic violence, ensuring the safety of countless individuals and families. Among these escapes:

• 30,999 children are now in safer environments, free from the fear and trauma of violence.
• 6,419 pets were included in these escapes, affirming our commitment to the entire family unit.
• 1,184 senior citizens found refuge and hope through our assistance.
• 659 Veterans were supported in their journey to safety.

Each escape represents a story of courage, resilience, and the critical role of timely intervention.

Bridging the Gap with Referring Agencies

Our mission would not be possible without the collaboration of 111 different referring agencies that sought our assistance in 2024. Together, we bridged the gap in services, ensuring that Survivors had the resources and support needed to transition to safety.

The Cost of Safety: $16.35

One of the most remarkable aspects of our work is its cost-effectiveness. The average cost to Control Alt Delete per escape was just $16.35 – a small amount to save a life and change the trajectory of a family’s future. The average family unit we assist includes a mother, three children, and one pet, highlighting the breadth of impact that each escape entails.

Control Alt Delete operates with a 100% volunteer workforce. Every single dollar donated goes directly to helping Survivors escape domestic violence. This unique model underscores the commitment and generosity of our community, ensuring that resources are maximized for the greatest impact.

A Record of Success

Our efforts in 2024 resulted in a 98% success rate of Survivors not returning to their abusers. This statistic reflects the effectiveness of our comprehensive approach and the resilience of those we serve.
