Our Giving Tree is Growing Hope – One Ornament at a Time
At Control Alt Delete, every donation helps Survivors take the brave step toward safety and freedom. As we prepare for our 6 Years of Saving Lives celebration on October 11, 2025, we’re excited to announce a heartwarming feature at this year’s event: The Giving Tree.
We’ve been brainstorming creative and meaningful ways to highlight the essential items and services Survivors often need to escape. Thanks to the donation of beautiful handmade ornaments, we found the perfect solution. Each ornament will hang on our Giving Tree with a special tag listing a real need—something that can help someone in crisis take their next step.
These tags will include items like:

$10 gas gift card – fuel to flee

$25 fast food gift card – a warm meal on the road

$10 Uber ride – a way out when there’s no car

$75 hotel stay – a safe night to regroup

$100 bus ticket – the journey to freedom
Each item represents a vital piece of the puzzle during a crisis escape. By choosing an ornament from the Giving Tree and fulfilling the tagged request, you’re helping us get a head start on the holiday season, when the need for emergency resources increases.
Our goal is to be fully stocked and ready to fulfill every escape request that comes our way as the year comes to a close—and it all starts with this Giving Tree.
