  • Access to firearms
  • Previous attempts to kill

When the risk of fatal violence is imminent, it is imperative to act swiftly and decisively to ensure the victim’s safety. These situations demand urgent intervention to prevent potential tragedy.

In High Lethality Risk cases, time is of the essence. Delays can mean the difference between life and death. Immediate access to safe shelter is critical for those fleeing such dangerous situations.
